What information is needed for a quote?
You need to provide us with the Make, Model and Year of the Vehicle. We'll also need the exact address where the car is located and whether it is accessible or not.
What is the best way to contact Fewster?
During Business hours (9am - 6pm) by Phone(905-614-0288) and by contact form from our contact page outside business hours.
How Much Is My Scrap Car Worth?
It depends on the price for scrap metal and the type of car that you have.
Are there any fees or hidden expenses?
No hidden expenses or fees.
What kind of vehicles do you accept?
Any vehicle that fits on a flat bed tow truck.
Towing and Removal
How long to have my car picked up?
We'll pickup your vehicle within 24 Hours of your call or any later time if requested by you.
What if the Vehicle is missing parts?
For most tows, the only items required are the four inflated or inflatable tires on the vehicle for a Hassle Free tow. If however the vehicle is missing too many parts, please advise us when you call for the tow.
I have lost the keys is it a problem?
No it's not a problem.
Do you cover my area with free towing?
We mainly cover the GTA.
What are your pick-up hours?
The scrap car pickups are between 9am to 9pm. If for whatever reason you want something outside this range let us know and we'll do our best to arrange something convenient for you.
Ownership Transfer
What type of paperwork is needed?
All we need is your signed ownership card.
What are your methods of payment?
Usually our customers prefer cash. We can write you a cheque if you prefer that method. Please let us know when you call that you prefer a cheque otherwise you'll be paid in cash.
Who will own my car after the transfer?
The car will belong to Fewster Automotive after the transfer.
Do I have to be there when the car is towed?
Either you or your representative has to be present in order to give the ownership card and collect the money.
Do I have to sign a receipt for the payment?
No, all you need to sign is the ownership card.
